Return & Refund Policy

Every uniform item is made to order and customized specifically for your business. Because of this, most orders cannot be returned or refunded once produced. The following policy outlines how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.
Custom Items (Logos, Names, Embroidery, Patches)
Custom uniform items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

There is a manufacturing defect

The supplier made a mistake (wrong size, wrong color, wrong embroidery, incorrect logo placement, etc.)

The garment arrives damaged
If an error is confirmed, we will coordinate directly with the supplier to remake or replace the item at no cost to you.
We do not accept returns for:

Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer

Changes of preference
-
Items ordered in error
-
Wear-and-tear, stains, or damage after delivery
Standard (Non-Custom) Items
If we ever offer non-custom items (no logo, no name), these may be eligible for return depending on the supplier’s policies.
Replacement Uniforms
If you require a replacement uniform due to loss, damage, or size change, a new garment must be ordered at standard replacement cost.
Because all custom items are produced on-demand, replacements follow the exact same pricing and production timeline as the original order.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins.
Once your order enters embroidery or customization, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
Reporting an Issue
If you believe your item qualifies for replacement due to defect or error, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:

Description of the issue

Photos of the garment (front, back, close-up of problem areas)
We will handle the claim with our supplier and keep you updated throughout the process.
Final Note
Because we rely on professional suppliers to fulfill orders, all returns and refunds are ultimately subject to the supplier’s manufacturing policies. We will always advocate on your behalf to ensure any legitimate issues are resolved promptly.
